Use your favorite BBQ sauce to taste. Coleslaw Recipe: 1 cup of bagged slaw mix 2 thinly sliced raw onion 3 pieces of thinly diced jalapeno 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Combine the coleslaw mix, onion, and jalapeno in a large bowl |

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper |

Pour the dressing into the large bowl containing the coleslaw, onions, and jalapeno and toss well |

Layer the pulled pork and coleslaw atop one side of the toasted or warmed sandwich flat, apply BBQ sauce to taste |
