1 Each Our Specialty White Sandwich Flats (18/16.5)
8 oz Hickory Smoked Pulled Bar-b-q Pork In Traditional Style Sauce
3 tbsp. Coleslaw

Chef Notes

Use your favorite BBQ sauce to taste. Coleslaw Recipe: 1 cup of bagged slaw mix 2 thinly sliced raw onion 3 pieces of thinly diced jalapeno 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine the coleslaw mix, onion, and jalapeno in a large bowl

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper

Pour the dressing into the large bowl containing the coleslaw, onions, and jalapeno and toss well

Layer the pulled pork and coleslaw atop one side of the toasted or warmed sandwich flat, apply BBQ sauce to taste

Fold over the other side of the sandwich flat and enjoy!
