Ingredients

1 Unit Farm Rich Smokehouse Pork Bbq 8/20 Oz
1 Unit Onion, Diced
1 Item 4oz Diced Green Chilies
1 Item 2oz Package Chili Seasoning
2 Item 14.5 Chili Beans
1/2 C Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese And Chopped Scallions For Garnish, Optional
1 Item Crushed Tomatoes

Directions

Remove thawed BBQ from package and in a medium mixing bowl separate BBQ into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

In a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add green chilies and chili seasoning and sauté, stirring often for 1 minute more.

Stir in chili beans, tomatoes and pork. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.

To serve, ladle hot chili into bowls and garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and chopped scallions if desired.
