Ingredients

1 Each Rich's Plain 14" X 14" Oven Fired Flats
1 oz Olive Oil
4 oz Roasted Red Peppers
2 tsp. Italian Herbs
1 tsp. Coarse Salt
1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Can be served with dipping sauces like marinara, oil and vinegar, or hummus

Directions

Brush a sheet pan with olive oil.

Place 1 ounce olive oil and the roasted red peppers in blender, and blend until chunky smooth.

Place thawed flatbread on oiled pan and brush with the blended pepper mixture.

Sprinkle on the Italian herbs and salt.

Bake in a convection oven at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes, conventional oven at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or in conveyer oven at 500 degrees for 3 minutes until top is lightly brown.

Remove flatbread focaccia from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Let set for 2-3 minutes until cheese is just melted.

Use a pizza cutter to cut the focaccia in half, then cut each half into one inch strips.

Place in a lined breadbasket and serve warm.
