Mini Red Hots baked in their own sweet poppy seed bun and topped with a “Garden” of toppings!
|3 Each||Simply Sweet Yeasty Dinner Roll Dough (#29104)|
|4 Each||All Beef Franks|
|1 tbsp.||Poppy Seeds|
|2 Each||Tomato, Sliced|
|1 tsp.||Neon Green Relish|
|2 Each||Dill Pickle Slices|
|3 Each||Sport Pepper Halves|
|1 tsp.||Celery Salt|
|1||Thaw dough overnight on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper spayed with pan release. Wrap tightly with film.|
|2||Preheat oven to 350 with fan on. Pull dough from fridge and let sit on counter for 10 minutes to warm up.|
|3||While dough is coming to room temperature, cut the frank into thirds and slice the tomato and onion. Hand stretch dough long enough to wrap around the frank|
|4||Place sliders into a sprayed channel pan, egg wash, sprinkle on poppy seeds., and bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.|
|5||Remove sliders from oven, top with remaining ingredients. “bada-bing, bada-boom” Its time to eat some Chicaaago Dawgs!!!|
