.75 oz Bettercreme® Perfectly Sweet Whipped Icing Pink Icing In Color
.75 oz Bettercreme® Perfectly Sweet Whipped Icing Bold Green Icing In Color
.25 oz Perfect Finish Vanilla Artificially Flavored Bettercreme®
12.5 oz Allen® 8 In Round Uniced Single Layer Cake Yellow

Directions

 Place one 8” yellow cake layer on a gold board. Ice cake with Birthday Party Bettercreme and smooth.

 Using a bag fitted with a coupler and Bold Green Bettercreme, pipe 2 balloons on the outer edge of the cake, on opposite sides.

 Using a bag fitted with a coupler, and Blue Bettercreme, pipe 2 balloons on the outer edge of the cake, equally spaced, next to the Bold Green balloons.

 Using a bag fitted with a coupler, and Pink Bettercreme, pipe 2 balloons on the outer edge of the cake, in the remaining spaces.

 Using Perfect Finish Vanilla and a #2 writer tip, pipe strings on the end of each balloon.

 Garnish the bottom edge of the cake with confetti and sprinkle a little confetti on top of the cake.
