Directions
| 1 | Using a 3 ½” round cutter, cut ½ sheet brownie into discs. |

| 2 | Using a coupler, pipe Birthday Party Flavored Bettercreme onto top of brownie disc. |
| 3 | Using a coupler with Pink and Bold Green Bettercreme, pipe 2 balloons of each color on top of brownie. |
| 4 | Using Perfect Finish Bettercreme and a #2 writer, pipe strings onto balloons. |
| 5 | Garnish top of brownie with pastel confetti. Place brownie into desired packaging or into case. |
