Directions

 Using a 3 ½” round cutter, cut ½ sheet brownie into discs.

 Using a coupler, pipe Birthday Party Flavored Bettercreme onto top of brownie disc.

 Using a coupler with Pink and Bold Green Bettercreme, pipe 2 balloons of each color on top of brownie.

 Using Perfect Finish Bettercreme and a #2 writer, pipe strings onto balloons.

 Garnish top of brownie with pastel confetti. Place brownie into desired packaging or into case.
