5 oz Chicken Breast, Grilled And Fan Sliced
1/2 C Citrus Marinade, Dressing
2 tbsp. Avocado, Sliced
2 tbsp. Papaya, Diced
1 tbsp. Red Onion, Diced
1 Slice Pineapple, Sliced And Caramelized
Hot Sauce
Cilantro

 Bake Rich's Wheat Kaiser Roll Dough as per instructions on case. Cool and slice.

 Marinate chicken breast in citrus dressing for 30 minutes and grill until internal temperate reaches 165°F

 Mix together avocado, papaya, red onion, cilantro, and hot sauce to form salsa.

 Assemble caramelized pineapple, chicken, and papaya salsa on Kaiser roll.
