1 Each | 18 Oz Artisan Pizza Dough Ball |
1 oz | Fesh Ground Black Pepper |
Top with freshly ground black pepper if desired.

Dice Bacon and render down in cast iron skillet. |

When dough is fully proofed in it's bag, remove and turn on to skillet of hot (350) Bacon drippings, top with Fresh ground black pepper. |

Cook on stove top on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then flip and place in the oven @350 for 18-22 minutes. |
