Ingredients

4 oz Bacon
1 Each 18 Oz Artisan Pizza Dough Ball
1 oz Fesh Ground Black Pepper

Chef Notes

Top with freshly ground black pepper if desired.

Directions

Dice Bacon and render down in cast iron skillet.

When dough is fully proofed in it's bag, remove and turn on to skillet of hot (350) Bacon drippings, top with Fresh ground black pepper.

Cook on stove top on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then flip and place in the oven @350 for 18-22 minutes.
