12 Each Richs Sweet Yeasty Roll Dough
8 oz Chinese Cabbage, Shredded
3 oz Scallions, White And Light Green Parts, Thinly Sliced
4 oz Shitake Mushrooms, Minced
1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, Grated
1 tsp. Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 tbsp. Salad Oil
Kosher Salt And Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
Sesame Seeds
Egg Wash

Directions

Thaw Richs Sweet Yeasty Dinner Roll Dough as per instructions on box.

Place the salad oil in a wok or appropriately sized sauté pan.

When oil is very hot, stir fry ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Add cabbage, scallions, and mushrooms, and stir fry until cabbage is wilted, and scallions, and mushrooms are just tender. Season to taste with kosher salt, and fresh ground black pepper.

Remove from heat, and cool completely.

To assemble buns, stretch a piece of dough to approximately 3 inches in diameter.

Place a heaping tablespoon of filling in center of dough.

Brush edge of dough with water, and then garher up edges to form a beggars purse shape.

Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake until golden brown.
