2 C Pudding Vanilla (#02743)
8 fl.oz. Lemonade Concentrate
6.8 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
2 tbsp. Strawberry Fruit N Flavor Concentrate 02854
1 On Top® Whipped Topping Original
24 Slice Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
1 Pinch Lemon Zest

Directions

Bake Lemon Scone dough. Once baked let it cool and then crumble into small pieces.

Divide the Ready To Whip topping in half to make your lemon and strawberry flavors.

For the lemon whip topping

Whip topping liquid to full volume until peaks form.

Add 1 cup of Rich's vanilla pudding, lemonade concentrate, and 3.4 oz of instant pudding mix.

Whip on high speed to blend thoroughly.

Add 1 cup of Rich's vanilla pudding, 2 tbsp of Rich's Strawberry Fruit n Flavor Concentrate, and 3.4 oz of instant pudding mix.

Slice fresh strawberries for garnish.

Zest a lemon for garnish.

Alter the strawberry, lemon, and lemon scone dough in layers in a mini dessert glass.
