8 C Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 C Diced Yellow Onion, Sauteed
1 lb Green Chilies Whole (canned)

Directions

In a 9"x13" deep baking dish or a 1/4" pan layer 4 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese.

Drain whole green chilies and slice open chilies and lay them on top of cheese.

Sprinkle sautéed onions on top of chilies

Layer 4 more cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese over onions and green chilies

Pour 48 oz. of Savory Eggspedites® over the cheese and bake at 350°F for about 50 to 60 minutes.
