Grilled Gluten-Free Margarita Pizza | Rich's Canada






1 Rich’s® 10.5” Gluten-Free Par-Baked Pizza Crust (PC 07010)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 oz gluten-free tomato sauce
2 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 roma or heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 oz fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced
3-4 fresh basil leaves, torn
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, as needed


  1. Brush crust with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust, leaving an edge of about 1/4”.

  3. Arrange fresh mozzarella slices evenly over sauce.

  4. Arrange tomato slices evenly over mozzarella.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  6. Char grill uncovered 5-6 minutes or until crust begins to brown, cover and continue to grill until cheese melts.

  7. Remove from grill, let rest 2 minutes, sprinkle with torn, fresh basil leaves.
