Ingredients

1 Rich’s® 16” Whole Grain Pizza Dough (PC 09718)
1 -1/2 tsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Goat cheese
2 tbsp Ricotta cheese
2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 -1/2 tbsp Sun dried tomatoes, julienned
3/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
3 Anchovies
2 tbsp Black olives, sliced
3 tbsp Roasted red pepper
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
1 Avocado, sliced
1 tsp Fresh Oregano, chopped
1 tsp Fresh Basil, chopped

Directions

 Overnight: Remove sheeted dough from case, leaving wax paper intact and place on sheet pans. Cover with oiled plastic to prevent drying and refrigerate overnight.

  1. Remove thawed dough from cooler and allow to sit at room temperature until double in size.

  2. Place dough sheets on oiled pizza pans or screens and dock to prevent blistering or bubbling.

  3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.

  4. Spread ricotta over the crust to within 1/2” of the edge.

  5. Cut the goat cheese into small chunks and spread over the crust.

  6. Arrange the sun dried tomatoes and roasted red peppers on crust.

  7. Break up the anchovies, add on top of pizza.

  8. Cover the pizza with black olives.

  9. Spread the mozzarella over the ingredients.

  10. Dust the pizza with grated Parmesan.

  11. After baking, place avocado slices around the pizza, add chopped basil and oregano.
