Smoky Brisket Breakfast Biscuit
Even though biscuits and Bar-B-Q are a natural pair, they don’t usually make an appearance at breakfast. Bring them to your morning line-up with this tasty and simple barbecue sandwich.
1 ea Biscuit Dough Round-Handi-Split (08404), prepared
2 oz Whole Smoked Beef Brisket (09160), cleaned sliced thin, held hot
1 Tbsp Bar-B-Q sauce
1 ea Egg, any style
- Split open baked biscuit and place brisket on bottom half. Fold edges of brisket to fit inside the biscuit.
- Drizzle Bar-B-Q sauce over brisket. Place egg over Bar-B-Q sauce.
- Top sandwich with other half of biscuit. Serve hot.
