Roman Steak and Egg Roll-up
Steak and eggs get an Italian-inspired upgrade in this savory breakfast wrap. Tender steak and fluffy eggs are sauced with a mix of pesto and marinara before being topped with gooey mozzarella cheese. This sandwich is sure to be a welcome start to anyone's day.
1 ea Rich's Flatilla (00809)
3 ea large eggs 3 oz strip steak, cooked and diced
3 oz shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp prepared pesto
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup prepared marinara sauce
- Heat Flatilla according to package directions.
- Scramble eggs with steak, mozzarella, and pesto. Season with salt.
- Fill Flatilla and wrap to close. Serve with a side of marinara.
