Crispy Cheesecake Wontons
For an indulgent dessert that is sure to turn diners' heads, scoop cheesecake filling into wonton wrappers and fry until golden. Kick the dish up a notch by serving it along side a chili-spiked chocolate fudge sauce for dunking.
6 ea wonton wrappers
1 slice Rich's 8" Original Cheesecake, Uncut (01351)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups hot fudge sauce
3 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp cayenne
- Mix 3 cups hot fudge sauce, 3 tsp cinnamon, and 3/4 tsp cayenne together well in a separatae bowl. Set aside as Spiced Chocolate Sauce.
- Trim crust from cheesecake slice. Measure 2 tsp cheesecake filling into the center of each wonton skin, then moisten edges of wrapper and seal.
- Fry at 350 degrees Farenheit until wontons are golden and crsipy. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve with a side of Spiced Chocolate Sauce.
